A minor is an individual who has not yet reached the age of 18 years, and for every contract, the majority is estimated to be a condition precedent. Often, it is found that a minor’s agreement is completely a void one which simply means that it does not have any value in the eyes of the law and therefore, it is null and void as it cannot be completely enforced by either party to contract. Usually minors are believed to completely lack the capacity to contract.
